Coming Back Home

HOho, i am coming back home next Sat. This attachment has been a pleasant experience for me, even though, seriously i never work much haha.

Some regrets during this trip; not able to go pattaya beach, not buying some stuff tht i saw at suan lum night market, buying some nonsense (i'm sure i will regret some when i get home.) NO ONE coming to find me and have some fun. haha. Though i did stop 1 coming hee.

Very lazy to continue posting blog entries. haha. Same attitude that i adopt towards my exercise regime, trying to run now and then haha. i do think that i have become a bit bit fitter than before i came Thailand.

So byebye folks, this will be my last entry. Dun find me to go thailand for holiday anytime soon, thank you haha.

i hear gun shots

I hear gun shots, or so tot i hear. haha. ysd was the dunno what festival in thailand.where ppl will released laterns onto the river. i din go out to view the festival, was quite lazy haha. and trying not to spend unnessary money le, trying to save abit so i will have enuff money to buy sunglasses haha.

ok back to the gun shots. it was 11plus pm where i had a series of shots. at first i tot its tyre burst or somthing, thn it happen again. i tot its fireworks, but who go sets off fireworks so late in the night in the neighbourhood. and thn a few more shots ran thru the night, and the bloody dogs were barking non-stop. and there and then, i tot some one was being murdered lol. so exciting. well its common and easy for one to get a gun here in thailand, and ppl are being murdered here so frequently. thn i slowly, walk downstairs, open the door, and ask the security guard. haha. and he told me its firecrackers, or rather gesture, cause we have a language barrier lol. feel like an idiot afterwards, but also slightly disappointed? haha

九-皇-大-帝 and Premium Outlet

I'm in phuket now, and apparently almost the whole island is celebrating the 九-皇-大-帝 festival. Its a taoist ceremony i guess. heard tht its quite well known and famous in phuket for this festival, where it stretches for dunno how many days, and the mediums will perform 'gory' rituals, like sticking big and thick pins into cheeks, slicing tongue and whats not. There are yellow flags sticked all around the island, and ppl wearing white (almost all of them). but the highlight is really the mediums. i think my dad will like to watch the ritual. i tot of taking some eye-popping photos, but too bad, the timing is slightly off. the rituals will only start on tue? and i will be gone to krabi, tml afternoon i guess. maybe next time can suggest bring my dad come haha.

I couldn't resist.. went to the premium outlet in phuket again, bgt clothes again, haha. Really if you ever come thailand, go research on where is the nearest premium outlet and make your way there if possible. most of the items is like 50% discount. brands like adidas, nike, portland, ripcurl, pierre cardin, and so much more... hmm how many clothes have i buy, 1..2...3...4..5...6...7...8...9...10..11....hmmm

Love room

I'm staying in a love room, haha, circular bed, with mirrors at the ceiling and around the bed. oh my, wht's lack is jus a girl haha. going to stay here for 3 nights. will ul the pic of the bed soon on facebook soon haha.

thailand is jus surrounded by strays, jus the other day, i acci stepped onto a slping dog on the pathment. haha lucky the dog never bite me, jus whimpering and stare at me haha. really havta look where i'm walking, dogs every where.

drank on this southern trip again, haha, this time is regency. finished a bottle the other night, these few nights going to drink finish another bottle, so not so much. they really like to drink, y not when u can charge to the company right haha.

1 more month and i will be back, jus a few more weekends left, havta go buy some stuff, abit lazy to go shopping, but no choice haha.

Take Charged

Sitting at a coffee house, typing entry into a word docu. Jus finished updating some client’s report. Oh my, I’m on the southern trip again, only this time, I’m alone making the decisions. Its weird for me to advice, teach 2 30-year olds how to go about doing work, what to do, when they are supposed to be more experienced then me. Haha. Stressed, so many things to take note, report to submit, and mayb I’m only 1/2 pass 6, or slightly more haha. They are used to me being a student and after finish talking the customer, they will sort of say they byes, and I wun know anything that is going on haha, have to stopped them sometimes to understand the situation. Whn my Singapore colleagues were here, they would jus pause and explained, hmm ok mayb sometimes only, sometimes they will forget and say bye too haha. But they are quite nice to work with, minus the language barrier.

Slacking

My life as an intern is super super slack, if i'm not involved in visiting the customers, staying in the office can be such a bored, imagine serving the net for 8 hrs. cannot play game, cannot watch video, as sometimes the gm will be sitting beside me, as in another cubicle haha. really wondering what can i do. well guess i shall not complain too much, nth to do is better thn having to tons of work haha.

im still not goin anywhere in thailand..where can u go and where shall i go.. not sure how to get to places alone, and wun tht be weird if lets say i go to the zoo alone? haha. im such a loser and zai nan even whn im abroad haha. if u are in a grp, its fun to navigate and get lost even whn u dunno the way. whn you are alone, its so irritating to get lost and scary i guess. haha. wun really get lost in bangkok itself, can jus hop in to a cab. but some attractions like zoo, beach is outside bangkok itself. if im freaking rich, i dun mind getting lost, jus a swipe of the card to stay in hotels and places, or get in cab for long journeys. but im a freaking student survivin on a megre allowance, struggling to survive, hoping to save some money to go holiday w friends. well money will nv be enough.

had set a date with my colleagues to go to pattaya beach together haha, at least i would have a guide. but there are so many earthquakes, typhoon happening around the world, almost every freaking day. wth is wrong with this earth. will i be swept away by a sudden gigantic wave? *pray*. please dun let this happen to me, haha. if i die though, please offer me lots and lots of food, haha. i dun like to be hungry.

my hair is getting curly-er every single day, wonder if i shld cut it or jus let it grow into a bush. heck, i shall jus leave it long however disgusting it may be, going to be neat and short for the rest of my life after grad anyway. haha.

Report done

woohoo i had finish my report 2 months in advance haha, its 80 pages but actually half of it is appendix.

my supervisor is leaving the company and joining another haha, everytime i work thr seems to be ppl leaving the company. he say he's going to sort of lead a team of technical engineers over the other side. he ask me if i decide to work in this field thn whn i grad can give him a call, and thn we can talk haha. wow so fast an opportunity le. but not so sure if i wan to remain in this field, sure there will be alot of travelling, but i really still not sure what i wanna do haha.

Massage

I have jus got back from a massage. this is the first time tht i had got massage by a Man. haha. intially its quite weird for a man to massage but after a while, got used to the idea. 1 thing to note though being massage by another guy means tht the strength is going to be much stronger than a female, my muscles are being pulled, stretch and pressed to the maximum.

apparently thrs a food festival going on in bangkok, near the paragon there, at central world. actually wanted to go over today to sample all the free food without buying haha. but kinda lazy, so decided not go venture too far away shall go tml, nw will be watching soccer time.

last night went to eat bbq buffet, the price add up is onli like 150 baht, cheap man. i nv eat much though, appetite is smaller i think haha. this morning bgt 2 packets of mee tot i will finish both but in the end onli ate 1. shall leave the other 1 for tml haha.

jus went to eat chester grill, its not bad, after eating thn i saw they have swenson in the same shopping mall. price is not more thn 100-200 baht for most of its ice-cream. wonder what is its main course price, shall check it out next week. haha

damn i had bgt so much snacks, cuttlefish, fried pork and all. but i have sort of lose the craving to eat them, wat a waste of money.

GOAL!~

Finally, 4-3 man utd won.. @#!$@#!! the game shld have been won comfortably if not for the stupidity of foster and ferdinand, it could have been a 4-1 trashing. haha.. its been so long since man utd attack is this good, but the defence is horrendous. haha kudos to giggs. at such an age, and such an impt player.. im afraid man utd players really need to buck up more. rooney? jus charging everywhere, except for the first 5 mins of his goal he nv really contribute much did he? ok he drops back and help, but is he a forward or midfielder?

haha ok so this weekend, my first 2 days to settle my own meals, so what do i eat.. well i ate kfc ysd and pizza from pizza hut today haha.. not really very exciting. but i jus wanted to try the kfc to c if its different frm singapore. it is.. so is pizza frm pizza hut. but really, i jus prefer the singapore version.. very disappointing. i stayed in office the whole day today, lazy to go out, dunno where to go either. haha

one more thing, initially whn i got here, i always got mistaken for a local thai boy haha. n every 1 will jus speak to me in thai. and whn i say i dun understand, they will give a weird look and laugh haha.. and after i dyed my hair, they will auto start to ask if im 'yippon', or 'nipon' , tinking im frm japan. lol. mayb some day i shld jus say yea nipon.

No rain

In the end it nv rain, bluffed by the thunders bluff by the forecast haha, but i did went out in the end, ard 4 pm. walk ard with touts harressing you along the streets, sex show? free sex? dvd sex? funny thing is a tout upon knowing im from singapore start talking to me in broken hokkien. so i found the mizuno shop i was looking for, but it sells mostly golf stuff. there's some vball shoes but damn ex la, ok more thn what i m willing to pay for, im not a pro, dun need such an expensive shoes haha. its like near 200 sing. noticed most of the sports shoes from mizuno, adidas whatever are made in china. shld go there buy next time haha. think im done shopping, hopefully buy so many clothes but i always stay at home anyway haha. who cares if one dress well, as long as theres money in the wallet thts the most impt? i look ard the streets and c all those rich japanese or the angmos all do not really dress tht well? mayb there are wearing some branded polo t, but whatever i dunno the brands anyway haha.

i did something wrong, damn.. im sorry my dog. first after much deliberation i bought some hotdogs back from supermarket. thn i accidentally burned a part on the motorbike taxi exhaust, thn i put too long in the microwave, and it becomes unedible. damn. a short trip out and i ended up spending so much money, without really buying alot of stuff. but whatever, im still thinking if i shld take my colleague massage vouchers to use next week haha, bu hao yi shi leh, he already treated me 2 massages, though he bgt the vouchers he got say i can take and use, but still better to wait for him to come back thn use ba haha. so far all my massages are free except 1 which is go with another colleague, onli he nv pay for me haha, mayb cause he got family diff. the other 2 colleagues pay for me everything, wonder if they got extra allowance frm going overseas? but 1 is the sales manager for the company, the other runs the company here who is my supervisor. so all in all i got a free facial massage, 2 free body massage, and a lot of free meals. haha but i still wonder where all my money had went to.

ok did i mention b4 its the start of my lonely nights in office? well had 2 weird things tht happen so far haha, first is more eerie. in the middle of the night whn me and my colleague were slping, (yup we share the same room, different beds ) the toilet door suddenly slam open, and both of us were jus like looking at each other haha. thn he went to close the door and say i nv close the door properly. ok. i did went the toilet, granted the house is slopping, which means the door will open if nt closed, but i did closed it, and it like happen like 5 mins leta? i did a test n the toilet door wun hold for so long.. so...... hmm whatever haha. shall leave the toilet door open and the lights on when i slp. haha. may get fucked for wasting so much electricity if the gm of the office knws, they say he control the office finances quite strictly. getting fucked is better thn getting scared out of my wits i guess haha

It had to rain

The start of the first day which i will be alone in the office, for the next 2 weeks i will be alone here in thailand with my singaporean colleagues back to sing. hmm where shall i go? what shall i do or what shall i eat, so troublesome to decide as have to venture outside to buy, haha, its quite a walk out to those street markets, and thn to the sky train to take to other places.

Sat and nw im stuck in the office. i intended to visit the jade buddha, but nope, ppl have to celebrate/protest the anniversary of the coup, with mob, or the red army again. they should jus join the singapore army, so effiencient in mobolisation. the isa act may be enforced and it will be wise for me to keep away the gov. buildings unless i intend to get myself shot. haha. must keep in mind not to wear red/yellow shirts out these few days.

so i planned to go patpong, but its non stop thunder outside, check the forecast and it says going to have thunderstorms all the way. shall i take the risk? its going to be hard coming back with the rain.

north

Its travelling time once again, this time to the northern part. I’m now in khon kaen. The hotel is not bad, but they do not have free wireless net. Irritating, we have to pay for it. So they only bgt an hour to use haha. Tht means I must get everything done in an hour. Though there’s nth for me to do, no 1 will email me, jus need to dl the video highlights for soccer, and use awhile msn ba.

This weekend I will be alone in Bangkok, wonder where should I go, quite lazy to go sight seeing haha. Mayb I will jus go to the jade Buddha c c. thn go pat pong. Haha. Not the pubs there, but a shopping centre there sells some mizuno stuff, so I shall go and find my vball shoes.
Actually the transportation cost in Bangkok is not tht cheap, the sky train and mrt rides can easily cost near 2 buck sing, even for short distance. And if take taxi, the jams will be make ex 2.

Change of color

TOday i jus went and dye my hair, cost me 1000. haha ok its in baht. its not bad, though i think turn out abit too bright. shall ul pics on mon on fb haha. so busy this week, doing work, going out.

next week going to northern part of thailand, travelling again haha. after which i think the weekend will be the first which i will be alone. wonder where shld i go. i dun really dig sight seeing, playing games like go-kart or paintball is no fun alone. mayb i will go for massage thn stay at hme haha. shall not go shopping anymore, dun really wan to spend so much money, i dun really dress up anyway.

but the shopping centres here are super big, jus walking ard mayb quite fun haha.

Weekend

My weekend iin bangkok has passed. followed my suprv ard. went night market, today went chatuchak. went to eat some stuff tht is not bad. haha. so tired. these few days tried to wake up early to exercise but cannot. haha will try again tml. hehe

think i had done most of what i wanted to buy. haha. today went facial massage with my supr. so was doing facial for 1 hr plus. oh my. its so good going ard with him, he paying for everything haha. i feel bad.

Celebrities Gala

Today is the first day in thailand office. The ppl are quite friendly. the big boss speaks to me in chinese, and his chinese is like so perfect like from china. haha.

a colleague brgt me around the siam area, shopping. went to siam paragon and guess what we saw. an estee lauder launch of new products, and its like a celebrities gala, according to my colleague. they are so many pretty babes haha, took a few photos of them. check them up at my facebook.

then walk ard and saw some handmade models of transformer, they use dunno what aluminium metal coils and turns, its quite cool, and its not tht expensive. i din buy any, if you guys wan tell me i buy back haha.

Bangkok

I have reached my 3 months home, in Bangkok. But as I dun have the wireless password I cannot serve the net. So im typing this in a word docu b4 I post tml. Its now near 12am Singapore time and I had jus finish unpacking and bathed. Tired. Tml I will be alone in this land of the unknown, as my colleague will be going back to Singapore and my supervisor will only come on thurs. I shall find my own way ard here. The accommodation is ok, I guess. Not very grand, but have the necessity. Office is below, which means I can wake up jus 15min b4 work starts.

Dunno what shall I do tml? Nth I guess. Think I will try to write my report, got the rough guidelines out but very lazy to start to think how to write. Its still early I guess, but it keep bugging me on the back of my head tht I got this long report to do on top of my work which they will give.

Heard the GM here very niao 1, a old fashion old man. I jus saw a log book to keep track of what the employee prints, how many pages and for what purposes and so on. Oh my so old school authoritarian. I finally got hold of the office sim card. Hmm if he is so niao, will he scold me for keep using the card? Haha. Nvm jus try use first hehe. Hope he will not care about me, and I better not get into his nerves. I jus overheard tht the sales ppl tht I have been with for the past 1 week plus normally only go to the office for a day, the rest of the days I think they are travelling ard. I supposed I will be the same? Not so sure. But weekend will be back in Bangkok I think.

Got a few snacks under my bed liao haha. Hope the cockroach will not come. Bgt some cuttlefish for ard 10+. Quite a big packet haha. Shld I offer some to my new colleagues? Hmm nah haha.

Adidas

Today went to phuket adidas warehouse sale. its cheap cheap. the shirts some selling for 10+ 20 like tht. of course there are also those 40+ 1 but being the cheap skate me i nv buy those lol. bgt 5 t-shirts for myself and another 2 for my gf:). spent 130 like tht. and its onli the 7day haven 1 month yet. oh no. i think this is the end for my shopping for shirts haha. i dun need so many clothes anyway. stop buying~

still need to buy 1 working bag, 1 berms mayb, and vball shoes. tht shld be it.need to buy underwear 2. i'm running out of underwear, tot i brgt 7, now left 6. some 1 stole 1 haha. still got a few more days b4 i can wash my clothes, so im handwashing my underwear myself. army-trained lol.

if u guys wan me buy any shirts? i try to find a warehouse sale in bangkok. haha

went to a hill somewhere in phuket, where you can overlook a sea, there's a lighthouse thr 2. alot of dogs 2. i bgt some chicken sticks and 5-6 dogs are like following me ard surrounding me. lucky nv bite me lol. thrs a big buddha in phuket 2. its on top of a hill, i onli managed to c if frm afar, i onli managed to c the head and abit of shoulders, its very big. din managed to take photo of it frm such a far distance.

finally

finally in able to serve net onceagain. the wireless access signal here is atrocious. my room sucks. the kettle is spoilt, the toilet seat is spoilt, the water jet from shower head is so small. the room is so dim, the window is making noises with the wind outside and worse of all there's no epl soccer on 75 of its channels. haiz.

i did went down to patong beach in the evening. its really a tourist area, i think there are more angmo thn the locals there lol. most of the angmo are accompanied by thai girls, some even had kids with them le. the shopping centre is quite pretty, and the area is filled with pubs, shops, massage palors. i think krabi beach is nicer based on the scenerio. but if you wan shopping, phuket will be better. however jus to come holiday sorely to shop? might as well shop in singapore. haha. its the same in the shopping centre, how much can u saved? i dunno. may the thai local brands will be cheap.

i jus bgt a new bag, those water proof, originally make for diving or some water sports? its quite cheap, 600bhat for a 30L bag. not so sure abt the brand though haha but who cares. tml i will still be in phuket, still in the same room. oh...

i had finally complete the minesweeper. haha. always trapped, and no luck when it comes to those 50 50 chances. but finally man.

Phuket

i have arrived at phuket. went to krabi in the afternoon, too bad its raining and i carn really take much photos nor go walk around the beach. so here i am in a phuket hotel, not near the beach. wonder if we will be going down the beach in a while more.

Suprisingly this hotel has a bathtub. the room concept is not bad too. view my face book for the pic. however the wireless connect is pathetic. damn.

oh andy lau has finally come half open into his relationship. weird whats there to hide. he so old liao still scare ppl will jealous haha.

Gibberish

Everyday I’m smelling my hand (saying hi and bye) and then sit and stone when they are talking in thai. In car im slping or reading the news on my laptop which I had saved. Everyday I eat, sit, eat sit, eat slp. Everyday trying to grasp what is happening when they are talking about the machines and the problems. Everyday trying to figure out what can and will I do when im alone with the thai sales ppl next time. Everyday trying to spot pretty thai girl. Every day trying to learn as much as possible (which is very little)from my colleague b4 he go.
All in a day’s work…

im going phuket tml. another long ride away. but tml got no client. yea. going to watch manu vs arsenal.

massage

arh. back at the hotel. i just went for a massage jus now. 350baht. plus 50 for tips. hmm unknowing i have spent near 50 sing dollars le. wonder what i spend them on. ok near 10 plus is on the pre paid sim card. but all my meals are all paid for. hmmm like that i sure will overspent my 600 dollar sing allowance. haha i haven even went out visiting places and buy some stuff tht i want to buy. think when i got no money i shall shut myself in my room in bangkok haha
1 thing abt thailand their self brewed tea, coffee is quite good. dunno what do they add. the taste and smell is quite good. there are also wild dogs and cats, cows, ox everywhere. haha. ok mayb cow and ox is near those pastures.

i ate the raw prawn sashimi again ysd night. haha its not bad. so i shall say how to prepare it here lol. first buy some fresh prawn. cut and take out those dirty parts. thn put in fridge. serve with some fresh veg, like lettuce carrot whatever. the sauce they put here is some chilli paste.
my colleague, thai local taught me how to make the sauce: grind chilli padi, green and/or red with garlic. after which mix with, soy sauce, fish salt, sugar. and tada.
you can try with wasabi if u like haha. u can try it with raw flower crab too. but the taste is quite strong, start with prawn first ba.

hatyai

I am at hatyai now. Going to stay at this hotel for two days. Damn the internet speed is really atrocious. Its like 56kbs. This is a well-known red light town in Thailand haha. Nat ye, a term taught by my colleague. It means wow you are so beautiful that I would love to **ck you. Lol. Everyday he is talking about bump bump. Which is se*. haha dun worry I will be a good boy.

In Thailand there is shooting, killing, bombing incident everyday. Mostly in the southern region. And I’m near the southern region. But I think still not that near to those violent places. If not. Its game over for me.

There’s going to be champions league soccer today. Wonder if im able to catch it in the room. Or whether I should stay up to watch. Nvm I shall decide leta. It time for dinner. Time to go.

Thailand

The first day we travelled to bangsaphan. a few hours ride from Bangkok. Jus keep slping on the car. Its quite a luxury car, a lot of room space. Went for dinner and ate some raw shrimp. Its super spicy, cause of the chilli padis. Dinner was from 7 to 11 plus Thailand time. Cause they are entertaining a client. Super tired. 6 of us drank finish a Johnny walker bottle. They mixed with soda water, so you can really jus taste the Johnny walker taste. Its quite boring and hot, and I just kept eating and drinking. Dun understand their conversation also haha.2nd day still went ard bangssphan, visiting the clients around the area, had raw crab for lunch. I only dare try a small part. Haha strong seafood taste. But still not quite used to it. Think it’s the psychological thing. After which its 3-4 hours ride down to surat thani.
I’m now in the hotel typing this entry in word docu first. Could not connect to its wireless entry. Wonder why. Havta go to the lobby to use the internet. Should be stronger there. Bought myself a prepaid sim card too. As the company 1 is used by my colleague. Mayb after 2 weeks I can get my hands on it. But nw its money out of my own pocket haha. Think jus buy the 300 baht pre paid. Hopefully its enough. Only ard 10+ bucks.
Its actually quite shiok here, got a hotel room to myself. Food’s not bad. Im still in holiday mood. Not working mindset. When visiting the client saw my Singapore colleague asking qns, giving some recommandations, saying some theories. Damn I’m supposed to do all that next time in 2 weeks time. Die die.

Bye bye Singapore Office

Today is the last day working at my singapore office. will only be back in nov. till then i think my seat now will be occupied i will have to seat on the floor haha.

Been thinking how to write my ia report, so sian. those A 1 like all write at least 50+ pages? i dunno. i will be happy if i can get 30 page haha. but nvm i shall slowly write and anyhow bomb. i shall not care about my grades, i shall not be bothered. jus enjoy my trip to thailand. who cares about grades #$%#^@%@%^

hoho leta going to play vball again. trying to keep playing nw b4 i fly off. cause i think i will be too fat to jump when i get back haha.

I shall Pray i have a safe trip. terrorist please dun bomb me. robbers please dun rob me. Riot-ers please leave me alone. aids please get away from me (ops ;p ) hahaha just kidding. i will be a good boy, like i have always been.

Ureca

I have been invited to take up ureca again. hmm but once again i have no time to take up this offer. last year i have already overload this year i'm going oversea for ia. hmmm its really quite tempting to have this research and have the cert. but then i think its quite tiring and boring also. too much work to do haha.

i gotta pack my bags this weekend, flying off soon.3 months overseas on my own. will i survive? its time to be independent to know more about myself and what i want. i think when you are thrown into a unfamiliar environment on your own, only then you will be able to learn a lot more.

went to eat carousel on my bday.. not bad the seafood was quite fresh. but regretted trying other dishes like duck and beef. should have jus whack the seafood haha.

Flying off on the 24th

Thats right. I will soon be flying off to thai on the 24th. been told tht on touch down, i will travel off to the southern part of thailand for 2 weeks. Hmmm busy busy. Even may have the chance to go fishing for a day on a boat, as supposedly say by the client over at the thai side.

These few days quite sian, keep trying to do the report that my suprv assigned me. been researching and reading before typing the report. finally i'm done, but nw have to prepare the presentation. apparently now i havta present to the thai sales ppl over there, and their eng is very limited so i'm supposed to use very simple eng to present. how to? when i jus copy paste most of the stuff on the report, and its hard to rephrase the technical terms. hmm nvm. jus go with the flow.

went to hospital for check up on sun, chest pain and tight. first time i play ball till like that. but apparently its jus muscle as scans show heart and lung are normal. can it be some other stuff? whatever i'm still alive and kicking. dunno whether the hospital fee can claim anot. still need to find time to go back ntu. which is quite hard, given that i'm working.

But lucky me, i strike 4d, consolation haha. $60 only, not enough to cover my hospital fee. The number i buy is the queue number when i'm at the hospital.

A report to do

ysd my supr ask me to do a report for him. A detailed report on lubricants. Man, i spend 1.5 days and do and i only done 1/3 of it. Not really sure how to do also. I still got to do a presentation haha. I know this is to help me familiarized with lubricants. But spare me the report and presentation man. haha.

These few days my colleagues ask me if i got any plans for future. Sadly to say till now i still got no direction. Do i wan a stable job, like teacher or Police. Do i want to try my luck in the coporate/private sector. Or do i further my studies and be a prof. hmm furthering my studies is tempting, but can i survive another 4 years of studies.write a thesis and countless reports which i hate.
No matter. I think i will jus wait till the end of my studies, c what will i grad with, and whether do i like doing research after my fyp.

Sunday night blues

so bored. tml its back to work. long hours. every day after work reach home its only a few hours b4 its time to slp. plus if i have tuition, play ball, its only like 1-2 hours. damn.

i have tried to start running again. too much weight gain le. 7kg in 7 months. haha the heaviest i have been. but its quite hard with work. wonder how i'm going to exercise when i go thailand.

been thinking also for the past week. i think its time i stop playing competitively haha. its quite boring to train for libero, or even friendies playing as libero. competitiion wise its still ok. there's no more motivation for me. though there's a good chance to be champ next year but thn volleyball is no longer the pirority of mine since long ago. now its jus leisure fun haha.

Site Visit

Today i went out with a sales engineer to visit clients. went a few companies to view their factories, and machines.
The sales guy was quite slack. haha took me out to run his own errands. But i supposed its like that. You carn possibly have clients to visit thru the day.

Tml he's bringing me out again. this time he say i would have 1 hour plus in town to shop, cause he has to bring his mum for checkup. haha. A nice person.

Training

Today is the first day of technical training. Was like attending class like tht for the whole day.When they are talking i like half understand half blur. so many products to remember oh no. But i will try my best. haha.

So my trip to thai will be onli near towards the end of aug. but i may go to batam if there's a need also. cool~ haha. My supr also say during weekends if frens wanna come over stay also can. cause there's a extra bed. haha. but mayb you all will prefer to stand in hotel, and there's discounted price for hotels, the company can help me book. haha

I'm Sick---YEA~!

Today i'm supposed to do labor work, but in the end as the auntie's side is short of ppl, i end up doing factory work again. boring boring. i'm a ENGINEER, A DEAN'S LIST STUDENT. haha !#!$@#%@$%@$%

Been having headache since morning, diarrhea 2 times. ysd also diarrhea 2 times. jus measured my temperature, a bit fever. HOHO shall go c doctor tml. hope got a lot of days mc. but havta go to skl c. cause bb polyclinic closed. jurong super lot of ppl 1. no choice cause havta go govt. or skl for free treatment. my temp is on the low 37.+ haha.

headache headache.

I'm a factory worker.

The title says it all.. i'm jus a factory worker. spent whole day packing syringes. first take the plastic tube out, put in the plunger, push all the way in. i did 500..1000...2000...3000...? of the syringes.

all this is to let me exposed to the products they have. how by packing all the syringes? i dunno. exposure 2-3 days should be enough for me to expose to the products?

nvm i'm soon to be promoted to bit bangla? cause gotta do manual work carrying/transferring those bit barrels.

Engineer

Today surprisingly, my so called 2nd suprv came back. so he brief me abit here and there. bought me to buy safety shoes haha.. wonder if i will get to keep tht whn i finish IA.

Act the work place the colleague are not bad. The engineer there and boss treat me as a fellow engineer, abit junior but they will make an effort to talk to me haha. but im still very quiet. they ask what i jus answer what haha. the auntie treat me like little boy, take care of me haha. all in all still ok ba.

my trip to thai mayb be postphoned abit due to h1n1.. hmmm.

First Day at Work == factory work

Today is the first day of my IA, at a lubricant company. the bus journey take 1 hr 10 min like to go reach there. But 1 hour 30min back cause of bloody jam along the bukit timah road.

My 2 supposed Supervisor were in thailand, so for the 1st hour i was jus serving the net, trying to pass time, but damn the big boss come take charge and put me attached to production department. I am supposed to learn about the different kinds of products there how they work. The work include pushing 200kg of drum barrels around. but luckily the person in charged of me at production is very kind. say i onli need eye power, wayang wayang haha. however the big boss prep me up saying i need to bring some clothes that can be disposed in case i got oil stains on them. oh oh. Shall c what will happen for the next 2 weeks im attached there.

So i spend my whole day packing some tubes of oil. whole body become automatic, while my brain has shut down. This is even more boring than my work at exxon. Lucky the auntie there very friendly. keep talking to me. haha however i never talk much. after a few hours i already know how many family members she have, what they do, children study where blah blah blah.

hmm still need to jot down some observation i made leta. bloody log book, and report.

Crapping

This is the last week of holidays b4 i start my attachment next week. with all the h1n1 virus going on, i wonder if the company is still gonna send me to thailand. hmmm keep thinking of where am i going to stay there, if there will be condo-like facilities haha. thn at least i can go to the gym. if not i think i will break 70kg when i come back.omg. no more playing ball for me then, i will be the ball.

wonder what will be my grades at the end of the attachment, i dun have much hopes. my report writing sucks, i guess most prob i will get a b+? damn. my gpa is going to drop so much. even a a- will pull down my gpa. why they wan a report regarding your feelings and what you do during the attachment period? its not fair man, some ppl can crap so much while they dun do any real work?

same goes for all the stupid interviews i went. you all knn. whats wrong with me? with my stellar grades and you all are not satisfied preferred to give scholarship to some other motherf***** haha. jus because they can express themselves well and bullshit around? with all the stupid qns, ambition and everything, who the hell really know what they want since young, or know what will they be in 5-10 years time. if ppl know there will not be so many ppl signing on army or as teachers. blah blah blah. im not a mugger, in fact im bloody lazy, but im a good worker, smart and a genius thats y i get what i get. my b+ are all the stupid projects that need to write reports, damn im a engineer, not a politician.

or mayb i jus think too much , too highly of myself. im just a nobody ass. too bad this ass is going to get into the dean's list this year.!! yea~! hopefully haha. finally after jus missing out last year. i guess this year is going to be my best bet. next year with attachment (report), final year with fyp (report again). my grades will fall down the cliff man. if a 4.7+ this year will not get me in, damn all the foreigners and muggers!! haha.

Times up, time for me to go out. what a good way to crap away the time.

Preparation

Im now typing on my new notebook.went to pc show to buy a laptop last week so that i can bring to thailand. shop around for around 3 hours before deciding to buy a msi u100. no budget so carn really get those good 1. my savings are ebing away.
but this lappy will be sufficient for me.

im still wondering if i shld buy a new pair of shoes.
ops the space bar doesn't seem very sensitive. shall i get it repair over this small thing? lol

Setting up

Here i am setting up another blog. So lazy to keep and maintain a blog. But i guess since i'm going to be alone in Thai for so many months, might as well set up a blog, to update what i do, to post photos, videos, and whatever. It can even help me in writing in my attachment report?

Here i am, writing this stupid post. Attachment is starting in 2 weeks time i guess, boring boring. no more holidays.
